Portfolio category: Renovation & Refurbishment
At HH we pride ourselves on being flexible and adaptable. We are able to carry out a range of renovation and refurbishments to meet our clients requirements, from small-scale single room projects to entire home renovations.
Within the public sector HH specialise in void refurbishment and can turn empty properties into new homes for residents in a matter of weeks. Various specialist contractors work alongside each other in a responsible and methodical way to enable continued KPI successes.
Albion Road
After a long standing problem with damp and water ingress, Herts Hertitage were tasked with the internal repairs post damp treatment works at this ground/lower ground floor property in Hackney.
During the external works. including the installation of French drains to the perimeter of the property, HH discovered a damaged soil pipe which was deemed to be the culprit for a large proportion of the water ingress within the property and subsequent damp problems. HH having vast experience within drainage and prevention of water penetration were able to draw upon their expertise to rectify this issue with no derailment to the projects KPI’s.
HH also undertook the kitchen and bathroom renewals, bringing this property back to a safe, clean and usable home for the resident.
Bramshaw Road
Herts undertook cyclical decorations along with repairs where required to street properties on behalf of Mitie.
Palyn House
Herts Heritage undertook this void refurbishment on behalf of Islington council, installing a new kitchen, overhauling the bathroom and decorating the bedsit property. Works included new flooring, new firecheck doors which are installed to BM TRADA 3rd party certification for installation and fire door maintenance. Electrical works also included new heat and smoke sensors and re-wiring the kitchen circuit.
Mays Lane
Two 1930 cottages required extensive structural support in the loft due to previous tenant unauthorised changes and removal of supporting walls. HH installed steel beams to make the property safe and secure and then refurbished completely including new flooring throughout, kitchen and bathroom installation, roofing repairs, full decoration.
