Hack up roof covering and clear from site
Construct new canopy and ply both sides
Prime and lay vented underlay
Lay HT mineral felt system to canopy including drip edges and skirting
Prime undercoat and gloss for clean finish
Two 1930 cottages required extensive structural support in the loft due to previous tenant unauthorised changes and removal of supporting walls. HH installed steel beams to make the property safe and secure and then refurbished completely including new flooring throughout, kitchen and bathroom installation, roofing repairs, full decoration.
